Welcome to Stewart’s Caring Place, a cancer wellness and educational resource center for individuals and families touched by cancer, located in Akron, Ohio.
Stewart’s Caring Place is a non-profit organization that works to enhance the quality of life for those living with cancer. We offer individuals and families a wide range of services at no cost to the participant:
- Consultation with professional counselors
- Support groups
- Programs for family and children
- Stress relieving healing arts
- A comprehensive resource library
- Educational seminars and workshops
Stewart's Caring Place can provide emotional, social, physical and spiritual support to individuals with cancer in one peaceful setting that is inclusive, non-judgmental and confidential, yet will connect you with others.
Stewart's Caring Place collaborates with the medical community, American Cancer Society and other resource groups to promote health and healing.
Stewart's Caring Place offers participants support and the comfort of knowing that they are not alone.
