Beauty Consultations

Receive skin care advice and help with matching foundation shades, drawing eyebrows, and more in this private, one-on-one 30-minute session with a beauty consultant. Please call 330-836-1772 to reserve a session.


Gentle Strength Bodywork

Every Monday and Wednesday
4:00pm - 5:00pm

Participants use light hand weights to help regain muscle tone and energy. Participants may stand or remain seated during exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women. Please bring a hand towel.

Medication Consultations

These one-on-one medication consultations with a pharmacist can help you better understand over-the-counter drugs, herbs, and vitamins and will address your specific medication and supplement questions. 45-minute sessions. Please call 330-836-1772 to reserve a session.


Nutrition Consultations

These individualized sessions with a registered dietitian can address issues such as loss of appetite, taste changes, weight gain or loss, meal plans, and food preparation. 30-minute sessions. Please call 330-836-1772 to reserve a session.

An experience with cancer as a patient or a caregiver often encourages questions around purpose, meaning, and spirit. Our chaplains are available to provide you with emotional and spiritual support. Tai Chi

Every Wednesday
5:00pm - 6:00pm

Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility, and health. Bring soft shoes and wear comfortable clothing.

Taking the Next Step: Wellness after Treatment

Have you or someone you love recently finished cancer treatment? These one-hour sessions with a nurse review practical research-based ways to reach your healthy living goals through nutrition and movement. Please call 330-836-1772 to reserve a session.


Yoga

Every Tuesday
9:00am - 10:30am

This gentle exercise will increase your energy and improve muscle tone and flexibility. 

Please Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available upon request.

Yin Yoga

Every Thursday
6:00pm - 7:00pm

Learn about and practice this unique style of Yoga that promotes relaxation and sleep. Participants will hold poses which encourages the lengthening of tendons and ligaments. Recommended for those interested in trying a gentle approach to Yoga while experiencing fatigue. Open to individuals treated for cancer. Registration required. Limited class size available.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle type of Yoga done while seated. This program is especially appropriate for individuals looking to increase flexibility and range of motion without performing complicated poses. 
All levels welcome.
