Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility, and health. Bring soft shoes and wear comfortable clothing.
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Learn about and practice this unique style of Yoga that promotes relaxation and sleep. Participants will hold poses which encourages the lengthening of tendons and ligaments. Recommended for those interested in trying a gentle approach to Yoga while experiencing fatigue. Open to individuals treated for cancer. Registration required. Limited class size available.

This gentle exercise will increase your energy and improve muscle tone and flexibility.
Please Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available upon request.

Chair Yoga is a gentle type of Yoga done while seated. This program is especially appropriate for individuals looking to increase flexibility and range of motion without performing complicated poses.

Participants use light hand weights to help regain muscle tone and energy. Participants may stand or remain seated during exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women. Please bring a hand towel.
