Living By Heart

Many ancient cultures and spiritual traditions consider the heart to be the link between mind, body and spirit. Scientific evidence indicates that the heart sends emotional and intuitive signals that can help conduct our lives in healthy ways. This combination of ancient and contemporary information offers an array of methods to evoke the heart’s innate intelligence which nourishes the body and promotes healing at all levels. Learn basic energy techniques, experience your heart come alive and begin the path of “living by heart”.
I Can Cope: Managing Cancer-Related Fatigue

This American Cancer Society class concentrates on the health challenges to wellness and quality of life caused by cancer-related fatigue. An overview of cancer-related fatigue and self-management techniques to manage fatigue are presented to help empower participants and allow them to begin building a repertoire of self-care techniques.

Alter Your Life with Art

Led by a board-certified, registered art therapist and clinical counselor, adult participants will learn ways to incorporate art processes into their healing journey. Participants will have the opportunity to create an Altered Book (an inner evolving journal) and other expressive art projects. No art experience necessary!

Survivorship Forum
