Tai Chi
Every Wednesday from 5:00pm-6:00pm
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that uses gentle, flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility and health.
Bring soft shoes and wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga
Every Tuesday from 9:00am-10:30am

This gentle exercise will increase your energy and improve muscle tone and flexibility.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available upon request.
Stewart's Walking Club
Every Friday from 10:00am-11:00am - Will begin again in May!
Join us every Friday as we get out and take a walk around the neighborhood. Learn how walking can be beneficial in your life – whether you are looking to exercise, relieve stress, or simply want to get out and enjoy the fresh air.
Please wear comfortable clothes and appropriate walking shoes.
Gentle Strength Training Class
Every Monday from 4:30pm-5:30pm
Participants will use light hand weights to help regain muscle tone and energy. Participants can stand or remain seated in
chairs during exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women. A limited number of hand weights are available
upon request.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hand towel and your own set of light weights, if you have them. A limited number of weights are available upon request.
