Tai Chi
Every Wednesday from 5:00pm-6:00pm
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that uses gentle, flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility and health.
Bring soft shoes and wear comfortable clothing.
Gentle Strength Bodywork
Every Thursday from 1:00pm-2:00pm
Participants in Gentle Strength Bodywork class will use light hand weights to help regain muscle tone and energy. Participants can stand or remain seated in chairs during exercises. Approrpriate for all fitness levels, men and women. A limited number of hand weights are available upon request.
Please bring a towel.
Yoga
Every Tuesday from 9:00am-10:30am
This gentle exercise will increase your energy and improve muscle tone and flexibility.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available upon request.
