Nordic Walk
Nordic walking is a fitness activity that uses walking poles to enhance the benefits of walking. It engages more of the body’s muscles compared to regular walking, potentially burning more calories and improving overall fitness. Lead by Davida Pantuso, you will be equipped with two walking poles and taken on a rejuvenating journey that can strengthen your core, improve posture and shoulder range of motion, balance your blood sugar, and even help manage or prevent lymphedema. You control the intensity – the poles provide the support that you need to walk safely.
Registration is required and space is limited.
