Spiritual Care Sessions
An experience with cancer as a patient or a caregiver often encourage questions around purpose, meaning, and spirit. Our chaplains are available to provide you with emotional and spiritual support. Session dates and times are provided at your convenience.

Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility, and health. Bring soft shoes and wear comfortable clothing. Registration Requested.
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Learn about and practice this unique style of yoga that promotes relaxation and sleep. Participants will hold poses which encourages the lengthening of tendons and ligaments. Recommended for those interested in trying a gentle approach to yoga while experiencing fatigue. Open to individuals treated for cancer. Registration required, all levels welcome.

A relaxed, fun yoga class for all ages and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat, if needed one will be provided. Registration Requested, all levels welcome.
