Individual & Family Counseling
Short-term counseling sessions for adult individuals, couples, and families are available with a licensed counselor. Sessions are 60-minutes in length. Please call to schedule an appointment in advance.

Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress and improve your balance, flexibility, and health. We recommend bringing soft shoes and wearing comfortable clothing to this class.

Participants will hold poses, which encourages the lengthening of tendons and ligaments. Recommended for those interested in trying a gentle approach to yoga while experiencing fatigue.

Chair yoga is a gentle type of yoga done while seated. This program is especially appropriate for individuals looking to increase flexibility and range of motion without performing complicated poses.

Gentle Strength Bodywork
Come invigorate your muscles in this specially designed strength-building class. This class utilizes light hand weights to help regain muscle strength and improve your energy. Participants may stand or remain seated during exercises. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women.
