Support Groups & Counseling

All support groups are temporarily offered virtually via Zoom. Registration is required so you can receive the Zoom link. Please let us know if you would like to register but do not have access to the Zoom application or internet connectivity.

Please download our Participant Form and bring it to your visit and view our Participation Policy for information on the use of our programs. Potential support group members are encouraged to make a commitment to consistent attendance.


Coping with Cancer

Open for individuals diagnosed with any type of cancer who are interested in meeting others for mutual support on their journey. This group is not open to caregivers.


Spirituality & Cancer Support Group

This group is open for those who are interested in exploring and talking about spiritual issues and how they relate to coping with cancer.


Lung Cancer Support Group

Wednesday, November 4, 2020Wednesday, December 2, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

A journey with lung cancer through a personal diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one is a challenging time both physically and emotionally. Join Sally Olszewski, RN, Lung Nurse Navigator, for this monthly group to receive support, education, and to have your questions about lung cancer answered.


Breast Cancer Support Group

Monday, November 9, 2020Monday, December 14, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

For newly diagnosed individuals, those in treatment, and those who have completed treatment. This group provides a warm community of education, emotional support, and a time to share your concerns.


Prostate Cancer Education Group

Wednesday, November 11, 2020Wednesday, December 9, 2020 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

This speaker series provides education and support to assist in the prostate cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery process.

November – meeting will be open floor style

December – meeting will be open floor style


Mindfulness and Meditation Support Group

Thursday, October 22, 2020Thursday, November 12, 2020Thursday, December 10, 2020 9:30 am – 11:00 am

This group will explore the spiritual, emotional or physical concerns and needs of participants to develop daily meditations. Group members can expect to experience the power of group meditation as we explore and utilize a variety of practices.


Grief and Loss Support Group

Monday, October 26, 2020Monday, November 23, 2020Monday, December 28, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

An ongoing support group for adults who have lost a loved one to cancer. This group will provide individuals time to share with others and be surrounded with a supportive environment.


Caregiver Group

Monday, November 16, 2020Monday, December 21, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Providing care for a loved one with cancer can be emotionally and physically challenging. This group provides education and emotional support for those that are helping someone with cancer. This group is open to caregivers only.


Men’s Group

Tuesday, November 17, 2020Tuesday, December 15, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

For newly diagnosed men, those in treatment, and those who have completed treatment. This group provides a compassionate environment for men to discuss concerns or experiences through a cancer diagnosis.


Women’s Group

Tuesday, November 24, 2020Tuesday, December 22, 2020 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

For newly diagnosed women, those in treatment, and those who have completed treatment. This group provides a compassionate environment for women to discuss concerns or experiences through a cancer diagnosis.
